  • Accounts Executive

    Job Responsibilities:


    1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

    • Handle the full set of accounts, including general ledger maintenance and journal entries.
    • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
    • Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis reports.
    • Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure proper capitalization and depreciation.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

    2. Accounts Payable & Receivable


    • Monitor and process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
    • Ensure timely reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts.
    • Review aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables.

    3. Cash Flow & Bank Reconciliation

    • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
    • Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
    • Handle petty cash and oversee cash disbursement processes.

    4. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

    • Prepare and submit statutory filings such as Sales and Service Tax (SST), Withholding Tax (WHT), and other regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate the preparation and submission of tax computations, tax estimations, and tax returns.
    • Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and local statutory regulations.

    5. Audit & Internal Controls

    • Liaise with external and internal auditors to support audit processes.
    • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and accounting procedures.
    • Provide audit schedules, supporting documents, and follow up on audit queries.

    6. Inventory & Cost Analysis

    • Perform inventory reconciliations and coordinate with operations on stock counts and variances.
    • Support costing analysis, including gross margin tracking and stock valuation.
    • Analyze financial data related to sales, purchases, and operational efficiency.

    7. Other Duties

    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
    • Maintain organized accounting records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
    • Support ad-hoc tasks and financial reporting as assigned by management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Professional certification or partial qualification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
    • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance; external audit experience is a plus.
    • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
    • High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team to meet tight deadlines.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Accounts Executive (Group)

    Job Responsibility:

    • Support the extraction, compilation, and analysis of financial data, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and other performance metrics for group reporting.
    • Work closely with the team to prepare consolidated accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as contribute to the preparation of the annual report.
    • Monitor and coordinate intercompany transactions and ensure timely reconciliation.
    • Assist in preparing management reports and financial presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support corporate tax matters and ensure timely compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Manage accounts closing for dormant companies, including the preparation of related reports and statutory documentation.
    • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, and other relevant authorities.
    • Handle ad-hoc assignments and financial projects as required by management.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) are highly regarded.
    • 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting; group accounting experience is an advantage.
    • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
    • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
    • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial formulas.
    • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail.
    • A positive work attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • CNC Machinist

    Job Responsibility:

    • Operate and set up CNC machines for precision manufacturing.
    • Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
    • Prepare and load raw materials/parts into machines.
    • Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments for accuracy.
    • Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
    • Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines are in good working condition.

    Requirements:


    • Possess at least SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Engineering.
    • With 1-2 years of working experience as a CNC Operator/Machinist.
    • Preferably with grinding knowledge.
    • Ability to read mechanical drawings and use measurement tools.
    • With basic knowledge of CNC programming, CAD/CAM, and machine setup is an added advantage.
    • Good attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and good at mathematics.
    • Good communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.

    Job Description:

    Requirement(s): 

    • Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in relevant field 
    • Proficient in computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Knowledge in Power Bi will have an added advantage
    • Detail-oriented with good time-management skills and enjoys working in a team environment 
    • With a can-do attitude and willingness to embrace challenges and open to receiving constructive feedback 

    Duration:

    Preferably if candidate is able to intern for a minimum 3 - 6 months. If your university requirement is only 2 months we are open to explore with you as well.

  • Metrology Engineer

    Job Responsibility

    Schedule equipment validity checks and perform calibration when necessary to ensure it remains within acceptable tolerances and limits according to predefined specifications.

    Refine the existing checking process and method by aiming to reduce overall checking time.

    Creatively design and propose an innovative checking method to combine or reduce the checking steps while acquiring an accurate result based on the product checking requirements.

    Handle user requests and project demands on equipment to fulfill the checking requirements based on the company's product.

    Reduce waste and design a method to store important gauges, accessories, and other small checking equipment.

    Develop proper use methods for every equipment to prolong its lifespan.

    Create and maintain a new purchase receiving flow and perform equipment acceptance tests.

    Prepare a preventive maintenance checklist and follow the schedule to conduct necessary work.

    Create a working instruction and assign tasks to the technician.

    Validate the technician’s work and detect future possible abnormalities.

    Recording and maintaining equipment performance data, equipment SOPS, analyzing breakdown causes and recovery efficiency, and creating manpower utilization reports to compare planned and unplanned maintenance activities for improved operations.

    Overseeing equipment inventory, including maintaining backup parts and spares to ensure uninterrupted operations during downtime.


    Requirements:


    Possesses at least a Bachelor’s degree in Metrology, Measurement Science, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

    Knowledge of measurement standards and the international system of units (SI).

    Proficiency in calibration techniques and equipment.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Attention to detail and accuracy.

    Knowledge of Quality Control and Assurance procedures.

    Excellent communication skills.

    Fresh graduates with relevant technical training or internships may be considered.
