Job Description:
- Assisting the assigned team with day-to-day tasks and project related activities

Accounts Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable & receivable , month-end closing and other related duties
- Prepare closing stock and reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial reports and monthly reporting to Group
- Prepare submission of statutory reports (sales and service tax, WHT, etc.)
- Ensure timely filing of year end audit and all tax returns including coordinating the preparation of tax computations, tax estimation, tax returns
- Perform and ensure timely updating of accounting records and closing of monthly financial statement and reporting
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, statutory bodies, tax agents, company secretary and banks
- Data analysis
- Assist in ad-hoc task or reporting as required by superior
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree / Professional degree in ACCA, CIMA / Partial qualification in professional degree
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field. Experience in external auditing will be an added advantage
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Able to work independently as well as being a team player

Warehouse Operator
Summary of the Position:
Warehouse operators handle all duties pertaining to the processing, organizing, and packing of goods that are sent to warehouses for storage and shipment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preform marking and labelling section activity according to working instruction
1. Preparing / print label
2. Verify the tools information and quantity and do marking
3. Packing the cutting tools
4. Gum the printed label on packaging box
5. Inspection to ensure the information on printed abel and marking on tools is correct
- Handle picking and keeping stock in warehouse
- Maintaining the warehouse and working station in a tidy state and clearing away packing material and debris
Competencies and Skills required:
- Good mathematic skills.
- Able to write, speak and understand simple English; other languages (Bahasa Malaysia) are a plus.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate in in any courses.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing Environment is an added advantage.
Other Requirements (Physical):
- Must have good eyesight and flexible fingers.

Product Cum Application Specialist Engineer
Job Overview:
We are a solid carbide cutting tool manufacturing company expanding into indexable cutting tools. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product cum Application Specialist to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting product development, providing technical support to customers, and driving application-based solutions for cutting tool optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development:
- Assist in the development and improvement of indexable cutting tool products based on customer feedback, market needs, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure that product designs meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Technical Support:
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting to customers, helping them optimize the use of indexable cutting tools.
- Work with customers to understand their machining requirements and recommend the best cutting tools and solutions.
- Conduct tool trials and performance evaluations at customer sites, ensuring maximum tool efficiency and productivity.
- Application Engineering:
- Identify opportunities to improve machining processes through the application of indexable cutting tools.
- Recommend best practices for cutting tool selection, tool path optimization, and process improvements.
- Analyze cutting conditions, chip formation, tool wear, and tool life to propose effective solutions for machining challenges.
- Sales & Marketing Support:
- Provide technical guidance to the sales team, assisting in product presentations, customer training, and seminars.

- Product Training:

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in cutting tools, preferably with knowledge of indexable tools.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting conditions, and tooling applications.
- Ability to work closely with customers to identify technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, tool wear, and performance.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to customers and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for on-site support and trials.
Preferred Qualifications:

Sales Support Executive
Role Summary
The Sales Support Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales Operation Assistance Manager in overseeing sales operations while assisting the Sales Team (including AMs or RSMs) in managing customer requests, ensuring smooth order processing, and executing sales strategies. This role involves coordinating sales activities, monitoring promotions, preparing reports, and handling pricing or claim-related tasks to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in communication and analysis, with the ability to work cross-functionally to drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support & Operation
- Assist the Sales Operation Assistance Manager in ensuring efficient sales operations and process improvements.
- Work closely with AMs and RSMs to coordinate and provide operational support for customer sales activities, including enquiries, delivery, claims, and other related requests.

Job Description
- Responsible to drive the sales opportunities in the assigned sales portfolio.
- Execute the sales activities, ie. Weekly call planning, appointments, and follow ups to arrive at the desired outcome of the sales operating plan.
- To utilize CRM knowledge and know how, to optimize sales activities and the generate the sales pipeline aligned to the sales portfolio targets.
- Partner with application engineer to promote solution selling rather than product push selling, across targeted end user accounts in assigned area.
- Feedback market intelligence in a scheduled manner cohesively across various functions to foster engagement.

Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

Sales Support Administrator
Job Summary:
The Sales Support Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing sales data, preparing sales quotation, coordinating with sales engineers, and assisting with various administrative tasks
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative support
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks such as handle inquiries
2. Sales Coordination & Customer Relations
- Coordinate and manage sales activities, including tracking customer orders and delivery schedules
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and etc.
- Prepare quotation
- Handle customers incoming order and processing it
- Serve as main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues on a timely basis
- Assist in managing customers account and maintaining a positive relationship
3. Purchasing & Receiving
- Prepare and process purchase orders based on request, stock needs or sales requirement
- Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and pricing
- Coordinate with the warehouse/ logistic team to ensure timely stock-in and stock-out movement
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing and receiving transactions
4. Coordination and Communication
- Liaise with other Vendors and departments (i.e Finance, procurement, Logistics etc.) to ensure seamless sales operations
5. General Office Duties
- To perform general office duties, including , Filing, Photocopying, and Ordering of office supplies -Ensure the office environment is organised and professional
6. Additional ad-hoc as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Good communication skills, and is able to read and write in both English and Bahasa Melayu is required for this position
- 1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
