    Job Description:

    Requirement(s): 

    • Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in relevant field 
    • Proficient in computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Knowledge in Power Bi will have an added advantage
    • Detail-oriented with good time-management skills and enjoys working in a team environment 
    • With a can-do attitude and willingness to embrace challenges and open to receiving constructive feedback 

    Duration:

    Preferably if candidate is able to intern for a minimum 3 - 6 months. If your university requirement is only 2 months we are open to explore with you as well.

  • Accounts Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage accounts payable & receivable , month-end closing and other related duties
    • Prepare closing stock and reconciliation
    • Prepare monthly financial reports and monthly reporting to Group
    • Prepare submission of statutory reports (sales and service tax, WHT, etc.)
    • Ensure timely filing of year end audit and all tax returns including coordinating the preparation of tax computations, tax estimation, tax returns
    • Perform and ensure timely updating of accounting records and closing of monthly financial statement and reporting
    • Liaise with internal and external auditors, statutory bodies, tax agents, company secretary and banks 
    • Data analysis
    • Assist in ad-hoc task or reporting as required by superior

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor Degree / Professional degree in ACCA, CIMA / Partial qualification in professional degree
    • At least 5 years of working experience in related field. Experience in external auditing will be an added advantage
    • Able to handle full set of accounts
    • Able to work independently as well as being a team player
    • Good in written and verbal communication skills

  • Sales Support Executive

    Role Summary


    The Sales Support Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales Operation Assistance Manager in overseeing sales operations while assisting the Sales Team (including AMs or RSMs) in managing customer requests, ensuring smooth order processing, and executing sales strategies. This role involves coordinating sales activities, monitoring promotions, preparing reports, and handling pricing or claim-related tasks to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in communication and analysis, with the ability to work cross-functionally to drive efficiency.


    Key Responsibilities


    1. Customer Support & Operation

    • Assist the Sales Operation Assistance Manager in ensuring efficient sales operations and process improvements.
    • Work closely with AMs and RSMs to coordinate and provide operational support for customer sales activities, including enquiries, delivery, claims, and other related requests.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales Admin, Quality, Marketing, and Logistics) to ensure smooth order processing, deliveries, and after-sales service.

    2. Pricing & Quotation Management

    • Prepare price proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
    • Maintain pricing records and ensure alignment with sales strategy and approval guidelines.

    3. Sales Strategy & Promotion Management

    • Support the execution, tracking and monitoring of sales strategies and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
    • Gather and analyse sales data to identify trends, performance insights, and improvement areas. 
    • Prepare reports on promotional impact and provide feedback to the sales team.
    •  Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives

    4. Claims Management

    • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Sales Administration teams to manage and resolve customer claims, ensuring smooth and efficient processing.
    • Ensure that the claims management process meets both the company’s standards and the customer’s expectations.

     5. Reporting & Tools

    • Prepare and maintain detailed sales activity reports, providing insights into account performance and opportunities for growth (Quarterly Business Review, Pipeline Review, etc.)
    • Support ad-hoc reporting and sales analysis to assist management in decision-making.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and sharing of internal and external reports with relevant teams

    Requirements

    • Education - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing, or any related field.
    • Experience -1-2 years of working experience in a sales role, preferably within a customer-focused environment.
    • Prior experience in account management or sales support roles is an advantage.
  • CNC Machinist

    Responsibilities:

    Machine Setup & Operation

    • Set up and operate the NP4 grinding machine for high-precision grinding tasks (e.g., carbide rods, raw materials, and step tools).
    • Interpret technical drawings and job specifications to determine setup requirements.
    • Load and unload workpieces using collets, chucks, or automated systems (if available).

    Measurement & Quality Control:

    • Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, verniers, and gauges to ensure tolerances are met.
    • Perform in-process inspections and final verification of workpieces.
    • Adjust parameters and make offset corrections to maintain accuracy.

    Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

    • Report any major issues to the maintenance or engineering department.

    What we are looking for:

    • Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating high-precision cylindrical grinding machines (NP3, NP4, or equivalent).
    • Knowledge of Rollo Matic NP4 machine software and CNC control is a strong advantage.
    • Proficient in using precision measuring tools and understanding technical drawings and GD&T symbols.
    • Efficient, disciplined, and quality-focused work attitude.
    • Full-time position may involve rotating shifts or weekend work based on production needs.


  • Metrology Engineer

    Job Responsibility;

    • Schedule equipment validity check and perform calibration when necessary to ensure it remains within acceptable tolerances and limits according to predefined spec.
    • Refine existing checking process and method by aiming to reduce overall checking time.
    • Creatively design and propose innovative checking method to combine or reduce checking step yet acquire accurate result based on product checking requirement.
    • Handle user request and project demand on equipment to fulfil the checking requirement based on company product.
    • Reduce waste and design method to store important gauges, accessories and other small checking equipment.
    • Develop proper use method on every equipment to elongate its lifespan.
    • Create and maintain new purchase receiving flow and perform equipment acceptance test.
    • Prepare preventive maintenance check list and follow the schedule to conduct necessary work.
    • Create working instruction and assign tasks to technician.
    • Validate technician’s work and detect future possible abnormal.
    • Recording and maintaining equipment performance data, equipment SOPS, analyzing breakdown causes and recovery efficiency, and creating manpower utilization reports to compare planned and unplanned maintenance activities for improved operations.
    • Overseeing equipment inventory, including maintaining backup parts and spares to ensure uninterrupted operations during downtime.

    Requirements;

    • Bachelor’s degree in Metrology, Measurement Science, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Knowledge of measurement standards and international system of units (SI).
    • Proficiency in calibration techniques and equipment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Knowledge of Quality Control and Assurance procedures.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Metrology Technician

    Responsibilities;

    • Ensure checking method from production members or engineer are performed correctly
    • Provide training to production member and engineers
    • Assist supervisor to collect analysis data
    • Taking care of the equipment conditions and spare part’s transactions.
    • Assists engineers in formulating test, calibration, repair and evaluation plans and procedures to maintain precision accuracy of measuring, recording and indicating instruments and equipment.
    • Ensure all measurement activities are carried out in a clean, organized, and safe environment.
    • Attend training related to metrology practices and share knowledge with team members when applicable.
    • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to identify and troubleshoot measurement-related issues.
    • Any additional duties as assigned by management.

    Qualification;

    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or any related field.
    • Preferred 1-3 year(s) of working experience in similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
