  • CNC Machinist

    Job Responsibility:

    • Operate and set up CNC machines for precision manufacturing.
    • Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
    • Prepare and load raw materials/parts into machines.
    • Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments for accuracy.
    • Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
    • Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines are in good working condition.

    Requirements:


    • Possess at least SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Engineering.
    • With 1-2 years of working experience as a CNC Operator/Machinist.
    • Preferably with grinding knowledge.
    • Ability to read mechanical drawings and use measurement tools.
    • With basic knowledge of CNC programming, CAD/CAM, and machine setup is an added advantage.
    • Good attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and good at mathematics.
    • Good communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

    Job Description:

    Requirement(s): 

    • Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in relevant field

  • International Sales Specialist

    Job Responsibility:

    • Manage assigned overseas customers, distributors, dealers and selected OEM accounts.
    • Develop new customer, distributor and channel opportunities in assigned markets.
    • Follow up enquiries, RFQs, quotations, samples, tool tests, orders and repeat business.
    • Coordinate with internal teams on technical clarification, costing, pricing, delivery and customer issues.
    • Track open quotations, conversion status, lost reasons and next actions.
    • Support distributor onboarding and development.
    • Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and sales pipeline updates.
    • Provide regular updates on customer opportunities, distributor progress, market feedback and risks.
    • Support sales and gross margin growth from assigned international markets.

    Job Requirements:


    • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, International Business or related field.
    • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in international sales, B2B industrial sales, distributor management, account management or technical commercial sales.
    • Experience handling overseas distributors, dealers, OEM customers or B2B industrial accounts.
    • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, machining, tooling, precision products, automotive, aerospace, electronics, metalworking or industrial products will be an advantage.
    • Strong commercial sense, follow-up discipline and customer communication skills.

  • Production Shift Leader (CNC Machining)

    Job Responsibilities:


    Product Quality & Compliance

    • Ensure production output meets defined quality standards and specifications.
    • Conduct regular product inspections and verification during production.
    • Perform Gemba walks for real-time process monitoring and identification of quality issues.
    • Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and company quality policies.
    • Respond promptly to abnormalities (ABNR) or high rejection cases and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

    Production Optimization & Efficiency

    • Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
    • Plan and manage monthly manpower schedules for operators and technicians to ensure optimal utilization.
    • Coordinate daily production activities, including job prioritization, monitoring progress, issue resolution, and reporting.
    • Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Supervise shop floor operations to ensure maximum productivity.
    • Ensure smooth flow of raw materials and work-in-progress (WIP).
    • Maintain equipment reliability by coordinating maintenance and evaluating improvements or new methods.
    • Optimize machine utilization and job allocation based on manpower availability and attendance.

    • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and plant layouts for enhanced efficiency.
    • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by coordinating process readiness and ensuring seamless transition to production.
    • Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
    • Champion Lean Manufacturing and other process improvement methodologies across the production floor.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
    • Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, providing technical support and training.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout all engineering activities.
    • Prepare and present reports on process improvements, production metrics, and project outcomes to management.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in precision tooling or machining.
    • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools.
    • Proven experience in NPI and process development.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
    • Proficient in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
    • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with CNC machining and precision cutting tools.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
    • Certification in Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
